As anyone does, I have the desire to reach my fullest potential. As someone who has the additional task of managing daily anxiety and occassional bouts of depression that presents challenges on the road to achieving it. I have a deep interest in sociology and psychology, which is why I chose communication as my major in college. I am fascinated by that which both unites us and that which makes us each unique. I have a fondness for the art of kinsugi; that imperfections make us stronger and more beautiful. I delight in deep conversations about abstract subject matters to learn of others’ perspectives and the path which led them to their own personal understandings. I value the individual, especially those that are not afraid to show their true selves to the world. Honesty is at the top of my personal values, and those who can own their own truth being thier individual selves are those who earn my utmost respect.
My dream is to be “successful,” but not by the means that typical society deems success. My goal is to work remotely so that I may travel while experiencing other cultures around the world. My goal to help as many people achieve their own personal dreams, being a guide along the way. Whether that is starting a successful company, or managing the ability to thrive in spite of anxiety, I look to help them achieve thier goals.
Lao Tsu is attributed to saying “give a man a fish, and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime.” When it comes to my work I am a teacher at heart helping those that wish to write thier own story.
